Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products (beauty products for personal use), we cannot offer refunds.

In the case where you receive a damaged product, follow the instructions below:

1. Take detail photos of the damaged item

2. Contact contact@buttameup.co.uk within 7 days of your order arriving followed by your order number (refer to order confirmation email), your name and contact telephone number.
